The Highlands Kids team sometimes need to recall parents during service. In those instances, they can reports a number using the production website. When a kids team member needs to recall a child, they can select their campus, and then enter their number and indicate if it’s an emergency. Usually, this link for the campus to use to send child numbers is printed as a QR code for the campus kids team to easily access.
After sending the child number, the campus production team receives a message in the campus Slack workspace. Once the number has been sent, the production team can respond back to the Kids team using a Slack thread.
Once the message has been shown on screen, the production team can react to the message.
The kids team is able to view the feedback of the child number by using the page they used to send the child number.
