- Check to see if the output is off in ProPresenter
- Check to see if signal flow is correct
- Check to see if it is a bad cable
- Check to see if the HDMI or SDI is plugged in
- Ensure all devices using HDMI are running their current firmware update
- Check to make sure the HDMI is plugged in correctly (if it is directional)
- Reseat (unplug, plug back in) the HDMI output cable on either end. (TV input or receiver output). This will reestablish communication between the TV/Projector and the receiver's HDMI repeater.
- Power cycle the Decimator.
- Check Decimator settings.
- Check the input.
- Check to see if everything plugged into the Decimator is plugged in correctly.
