Service recaps are required from campuses and provide Central with a way to track and manage issue trends, helps with training and development, give honor to Dream Teamers who are going above and beyond, and finally, provides a way to track and manage needs at a campus.

Any issues reported in the recap are followed up with the team leader and are added to the production support system, if they are issues related to equipment that needs repair.
