Check for loose cables. Starting at the fixture, trace the DMX and power cables looking for any loose or broken connections. All fixtures have some sort of indicator on the base that will let you know if the fixture has power and signal.
Check for parked fixtures. Ensure sure the fixture is not parked by pressing Go+ / Go+ / Fixture / Fixture # / Please.
Note that this is the Go+ button near the number pad, not the “Play” button.
Perform a Global Reset on the fixture.
Select the fixture and go to the “Control” tab above the encoder wheels
Tap on “FixtureGlobal” and in the pop-up tap “Reset” or “Global Reset” and wait 10-30 seconds and watch for the fixture to reset.
Clear out your programmer to ensure the reset is not accidently saved into a cue.

If you are on a HedgeHog or RoadHog, you will hold down the Pig key and press the "Park" button on the bottom of the screen.
Perform a Global Reset on the fixture.
Select your fixture and tap on “Control” in the bottom right corner of the right screen
Tap “Fixture Global Reset” and wait 10-30 seconds and watch for the light to reset.
Press clear to make sure the reset is not accidently saved into a cue.
