It’s important to know what the Dropbox status icons are and what they mean.

¶ Service Content
Service content is managed by the Broadcast and Central teams. This Dropbox folder gives campuses access to the content they need to host an event at their facility.
¶ Archives
Old service content will be added to the archvies folder.
¶ Graphics
These are any graphics or video files that are used for a service. Under this folder is content for screen size, under that is a layout of files:
- Alpha — Content meant to be displayed over other content, such as nameslates.
- Announcements — Announcement video loops.
- Art — Current artwork being used. Generally this is the annual artowkr or the special series artwork.
- Events — Videos and art for events, such as Freedom and Growth Track.
- Jumpbacks — Video files used for song backgrounds.
- News — Highlands News video files.
- Preroll — Current preroll file.
- Special — Special content, such as SMPTE files that may be used for special Sundays.
¶ Lighting
These files are for lighting support documents, such as How-Tos and examples.
¶ Playlists
Audio playlists for anything we do, such as Sunday preservice or prayer music.
¶ ProPresenter
This is content related directly with ProPresenter. Everything in this folder is automated using the Copy Content scripts and aren't meant for users.
¶ Software
Like the ProPresenter folder, this folder is fully automated and primarily meant for scripts and automation support.
¶ Motion Night
This folder is used only by campuses that have a Motion Night and it provides all Motion related content. This folder includes graphics, lyrics and video content.
